Fancy cooling off and hitting the water? Discover Barcelona from the Mediterranean during a relaxing session of paddle surf (SUP).
SUP stands for Stand Up Paddling and has become a popular water sport. Standing or kneeling, you move across the water on your surfboard using a paddle. It's very easy to learn and fun is guaranteed!
Enjoy a paddleboarding session in La Barceloneta, just 25 metres from the most famous beach of Barcelona! You will enjoy a prime location, friendly service and a cosy interior. You can hit the water during the whole day, from Spring to November. Special sunrise and sunset sessions on demand.

Take the train from Barcelona to the charming seaside resort of Sitges. Once there, your private driver will take you to the heart of the famous Penedès wine region. At the local eco-winery, you’ll be welcomed with open arms by our friendly Flemish guide, who’ll take you through the rolling wine-growing landscape, rich in stories. You’ll immediately understand why this region is the cradle of so many fine wines. After the private tour, you’ll sample some exquisite local wines. No complex technical explanations, just a cosy and atmospheric get-together at a genuine Catalan wine estate.
Our driver will take you to the Sitges promenade. Lunch at your leisure in Sitges (you’ll be given some local tips). In the afternoon, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the promenade of this charming coastal town, known for its bohemian lifestyle, artists and famous gay scene. Afterwards, you can shop in the charming streets, relax on the beach or enjoy the sea view with a glass of bubbly. In the late afternoon or evening, you’ll return to Barcelona by train.
