By using our services and/or our website www.barnalovers.be, you declare that you have taken note of this privacy policy. By sending a request by e-mail, via the online booking form or any other form of communication, the customer expressly gives Barna Lovers permission to store and use personal data from the request to maintain the commercial relationship.

During our tours, activities or events, Barna Lovers may take photographs, videos and other forms of visual material in which participants are recognisable. These images may be used for:
Publication on our website and social media channels;
Printed matter, brochures and presentations;
Marketing campaigns and promotional material;
Communication in collaboration with suppliers and partners.
If you do not wish to be recognisable in images and/or for these images to be used, you must explicitly notify us in writing by email to dieter@barnalovers.be before the start of the activity. We will then ensure that you are not recognisable in the images.
6. Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the basis of:
Your consent (e.g. when subscribing to our newsletter)
The performance of a contract (your booking or reservation)
Our legal obligations
Our legitimate interest (e.g. marketing, customer relationship management, promotion of our services)

Customer and booking data: up to 5 years after the last activity
Invoicing data: in accordance with the legal retention obligation (7 years in Belgium)
Visual material: up to 10 years, unless you request deletion earlier

To service providers working on our behalf or with us (e.g. booking systems, email platforms, marketing services, suppliers, local partners, collaborations, etc.);
